The Fixed Form Concrete Paver Machine is used for mass concreting jobs including airport runways & taxiways, roads, bridge decks, industrial flooring, cargo handling & dock areas, dam spillways and canals. The concrete pavers are used wherever concrete paving is required for easy, efficient and excellent concrete paving.

Features:

• Excellent machine for concrete lining of canals, concrete roads & slabs such as streets, parking, Factory floors, Bridges, Airports, Tennis Courts, Reservoir etc.
• It can finish a width from 2.5 mts. to 18 mts.
• Machine can finish up to 200 Sq. Mts. /hour
• Heavy duty construction for long life durable operation.
• The special under carriage consists of a spreader auger to spread the concrete to level.
• The finishing Cylinder to compact and finish the concrete to the grade
• Needle vibrator may be provided for higher thickness of concrete slab
• The same Machine can be used alternatively for bed and slope finishing of canal projects.
• All steel welded frame, Pin connected main frame structure
